  Gosh this branch is so bad I find myself continuously speechless by their stupidity. Unfortunately, I live a block a way, so I find myself at this location a lot. First, I was asked by Chase Corporate HQ to fax something to them. Because I don't have a fax machine at home, I was advised to go to the branch and have the branch fax over the paperwork. Of course when I told the branch manager this, she called me a liar and sent me home without faxing my paperwork to their corporate HQ. I reported her to HQ and she was let go. Second, I lost my credit cards and needed some cash in case something happens. I told the bank teller this and told her that I have my checkbook and my passport with me. I would like to write the check out to cash and use my passport as an ID to get out $40. The teller said this is not allowed and sent me home w/o money. This is ridiculous. I was a bank teller and there is no reason to not let me write myself a check, especially when I have my passport as a form of ID. Seriously Chase, hire people with some sort of common sense. Your policies make no sense. This coming from someone who has studied up on Bank Secrecy Laws.
