  When they call a rental office they pretend to be prospects. They have a script that is time consuming, especially when it is taking my time away from real prospects and residence. They call on different numbers that are usually only 1 or 2 numbers off the last, asking for whatever sized apartment between now and the next 30-60 days always immediate move in and a 12 month lease. Everyone who calls shows up on the caller ID with the same city and they all have the same accent, not native to this part of the country, they claim to live in the area but no nothing about whats around. At the end of the call when they are asked if they would like a tour appointment they always say they need to check with their roommate/boyfriend/wife etc. These calls also can come in several times a week even on industry wide busy times. When I call a complex for a market survey, which I do monthly, I avoid the first week of the month because it is rent collection and usually the bustiest, and I ask them if they have time for the survey. If they don't have time, I call back later. I would appreciate the professional courtesy of honesty and respect of time.
